I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and had a recently refurbished bathroom with a TV, hot drinks making facility, and a 4 Poster Bed. The tea and coffee facilities were good, but the price for the room was a bit high. The service was satisfactory with one staff member managing everything. The location was convenient as it was near Gatwick Airport and there were nice dining options nearby. The dining experience was average with a few burnt toast slices offered, but the croissants were tasty. The facilities were decent, and overall, it was a decent stay.
